For pierced ears only. All metal used on earring, as well as the ear nut butterfly backings are also stainless steel, which is hypoallergenic for most people with metal allergies.

Earring is approx 14mm {a little over 1/2 inch} in diameter and is approx 4mm {1/8 inch} thick at its thickest point of the dome- not including the actual post.

Please note: my mannequin has very petite, smaller than average ears and these earrings are likely to appear smaller on your own ears- double check measurements.
