Gorgeous rainbow hue genuine druzy stone nestled in a gold raw brass uniquely-shaped open ring {thin at the top and gradually getting wider towards the bottom}. Genuine druzy is a stone that has developed a coating of tiny formations of crystals. Each druzy used will be different but very similar to the one shown. They will have an electroplated matte rainbow sheen in colors like gold, royal blue, purple, magenta. Chain is a simple thin fine gold-plated brass tiny cable link with matching lobster style clasp.

The ring around the stone {only this portion} is raw solid brass, meaning it is real unaltered brass that has been only lightly waxed- not plated, lacquered, etc. that will darken and patina over time to a more antiqued finish. BUT! You can very easily polish it right back up with a jewelry-safe brass polishing cloth or a good jewelry polishing cloth- or simply let it be for a more vintage look!

Pendant measures approx 3/4 inch {22mm} tall. Chain {unclasped and laid in a straight line} measures approx 18 inches {46cm}.

The little circle used in pendant is brass that has been punched from sheets of raw brass that I have shined up with a jeweler's polishing cloth. It will darken naturally over time with wear. It can be quickly polished back to its original shine at any time with any jewelry polishing cloth marked safe for brass (be sure to polish circle only, not the chain, as it is not raw brass).

This handmade piece is delicate. As with ANY plated or costume jewelry, please do not wear while sleeping, swimming, bathing, exercising, rough play with kids/pets, etc. Clean by polishing with a soft dry cloth after each use. To keep your Constant Baubling jewelry looking its best, avoid contact with any moisture, liquids, gels, oils, perfumes, lotions, hairsprays, etc. and store in a dry cool environment. Also see above section on care of raw brass. Failure to adhere to these care guidelines may result in premature tarnish, discoloration or damage.
