Entire length of earring from where inserted into piercing is approx 1-7/8 inch {48mm}. At its widest point, each little leaf measures a little under 3/4 inch {18mm}. Please also note that my "model" has very petite, smaller than average ears and it is likely that my earrings will look even smaller on your own ears. Please be certain to always double check measurements on your own ears.
