The little lockets actually open to store whatever you dream up- a tiny photo, a lock of hair, etc- and then click securely shut. They are made from raw brass with a slightly vintage look to it. The outsides are are shown polished, but will darken to a cool patina over time {that more closely resembles the finish on the chain} as all raw brass does. Feel free to polish them back up with a cloth that's safe for brass jewelry or leave it for a more monochromatic look! The insides of each locket will not come polished and be in their original vintage state.

Little sparrow bird has been stamped from raw brass and has a a wonderful verdigris blue-green patina. **Please note: your bird may be on the left OR right side of the chain (as shown, or a mirror image of what is shown).

Chain is a sturdy oval link with an antique brass/bronze finish and matching lobster style clasp.

Each of the three small lockets measures approx 1/2 inch {12mm} in diameter. Entire length the three lockets hang down from the chain is approx 2-1/4 inches {55mm}.

Chain with bird measures approx 23 inches {59cm}. I am happy to shorten this chain or add up to 3 inches of chain, free of charge, if you leave me a note with your desired shortened length in the "Notes to Constant Baubling" box at checkout. As with any plated/costume jewelry, please do not wear while sleeping, swimming, bathing, exercising, rough play with kids/pets, etc. Clean by polishing metal gently with a soft dry cloth after each use. To keep your Constant Baubling jewelry looking its best, avoid contact with any moisture, liquids, oils, gels, perfumes, lotions, hairsprays, etc. and store in a dry cool environment. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in premature tarnish, discoloration or damage.
