❉ Since many of us are guilty of "impulse buys" or not carefully reading the descriptions of things we order online, I will gladly accept returns of unused/unworn jewelry in its original condition and packaging. BUYER will always be responsible for shipping in this instance- both ways. I will refund the item price upon its safe arrival back to me and an inspection of the item.
❉ Other refunds or exchanges will be dealt with and decided on a case by case basis by me. I generally do not accept returns on any used or worn jewelry for health and hygiene reasons.❉ Any damaged / defective items must be reported within 48 hours (2 days) of receipt of package. PLEASE do NOT ever dispose of the item NOR the packaging as photos of it may be required- as well as evidence to be delivered to your local post office for postal insurance compensation. Without these previously mentioned things, your refund CANNOT be processed and given. I will also require one or more of the following:
- Item to be mailed back to me and postmarked
within 2 business days ...OR
2. clearly depict (in my opinion) damage in photographs of broken/damaged merchandise to be EMAILED to me within 2 days of receipt of package at email@example.com (I may still require the item to be mailed back to me, but will reimburse return shipping).
❉ Incorrect / Outdated Addresses: It is a buyer's responsibility to make sure they have entered the correct mailing address for their order here (AND on Paypal if you used it to pay). Unfortunately, I have no way of knowing that an address is old / incorrect / etc. Packages that are mis-sent due to an incorrect address given by buyer will be re-shipped at the buyer's expense only; and this can only occur once I have the mis-sent package back in my possession.
